Ray has 10 years experience in the private practice of law and 20 years experience as an accomplished negotiator and deal-maker.  He was also the Founder and President of an agricultural conglomerate focusing on the acquisition and remarketing of large tracts of raw land, farmland and timberland.  He received his B.B.A. in 1985 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1995.
