CAPSTONE, through its exiting management team and through affiliation with valuation experts, provides information concerning the valuation of one’s business.  The valuation process takes into account asset valuations as well as cash flow and profitability basis valuations.  These valuations must be used in the context for which they are intended, considering current market conditions, related industry trends, and financial market values. CAPSTONE takes the science of valuation and combines it with the art of valuation, which is recognition of the intangibles that differentiate companies.


BUSINESS BROKERAGE
CAPSTONE assists and represents clients who desire to sell their business as well as clients who are looking for a business to acquire.  For the sell-side, CAPSTONE evaluates and positions the company while identifying prospective buyers for a client. Clients are represented through a presentation document as well as through personal contacts and mailings.  CAPSTONE solicits offers, analyzes offers, negotiates offers and presents all offers to the client.  For the buy-side client, CAPSTONE identifies potential acquisition candidates, prepares an analysis of such candidates, negotiates and assists in closing the acquisition.


NEGOTIATIONS
CAPSTONE takes on engagements where the buyer and seller have already been identified but require professional assistance in negotiations that lead to a consummation of a transaction.  These services may be needed where family or related parties are attempting to effect a transaction or where two companies need a facilitator to bring matters to a conclusion.
