Rich Miles

RICH MILES

Rich has more than 25 years of experience as a CEO, COO and CFO. He has served as business advisor to middle-market companies, focusing on strategic plans, budgeting and forecasting, and cash flow management. He has experience implementing turnarounds and acquisition strategies. He has served two NYSE companies, one NASDAQ listed company, three startup companies, three turn-around situations, and several small middle market companies in their M&A activities.

 

Ben Turner

BEN TURNER

Ben’s experience includes involvement in business assessments and valuations, marketing companies for sale, negotiations with prospective buyers and the supporting financial analysis.  He has worked with distribution, service, medical, technology, manufacturing and professional companies. His experience also includes business development to create new markets and expand existing relationships.  He has worked in financial services for a Fortune 500 company and business to business equipment distribution for a small company.  His career began in direct product sales for one of Nashville’s oldest companies.  He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee Knoxville.

 

Bill Cook

BILL COOK

Bill has been a partner in a venture capital firm where he was responsible for identifying prospective companies, negotiating equity investments, conducting due diligence and monitoring ongoing operations as a director or advisor. He also has been CEO of a company that manufactured and sold products as diverse as household items, sports outerwear and generic drugs.

 

Jim Dunn

JIM DUNN, CCIM, CPM

Jim has been involved in managing, leasing and brokering the sale and acquisition of commercial, industrial and investment properties for over 40 years.  He taught a course in Financial Analysis for Commercial and Investment Real Estate in the CCIM designation education program and has developed contacts across the nation through his participation in the activities of the CCIM Institute.
