Rich has more than 25 years of experience as a CEO, COO and CFO. He has served as business advisor to middle-market companies, focusing on strategic plans, budgeting and forecasting, and cash flow management. He has experience implementing turnarounds and acquisition strategies. He has served two NYSE companies, one NASDAQ listed company, three startup companies, three turn-around situations, and several small middle market companies in their M&A activities.
Bill has been a partner in a venture capital firm where he was responsible for identifying prospective companies, negotiating equity investments, conducting due diligence and monitoring ongoing operations as a director or advisor. He also has been CEO of a company that manufactured and sold products as diverse as household items, sports outerwear and generic drugs.
JIM DUNN, CCIM, CPM
Jim has been involved in managing, leasing and brokering the sale and acquisition of commercial, industrial and investment properties for over 40 years. He taught a course in Financial Analysis for Commercial and Investment Real Estate in the CCIM designation education program and has developed contacts across the nation through his participation in the activities of the CCIM Institute.
Kent has over 30 years of diverse experience with financial institutions, advising and providing creative financial solutions to Middle Market companies in a wide range of industries and locations. He has assisted private and public company clients, private equity firms and management teams with acquisitions, management buyouts, recapitalizations, and capital raising.
Dwight has over 30 years of experience successfully structuring and executing disposition strategies for individuals and financial institutions. As co-founder and managing partner of one of Nashville's premiere real estate firms, Dwight has managed marketing and sales efforts for commercial and premier property assets, nationwide. Dwight's experience owning businesses and dealing with high net-worth individuals elevates his understanding of the business owner and sensitive transactions.

Mr. Connery has over 20 years’ experience in healthcare, medical equipment management and advertising. His time in corporate America has been focused on business development, marketing and sales management with cross experience in business and financial planning.
He is a results oriented leader in the development of marketing and advertising with focus on the development of new territories and new products.
He brings a wealth of experience and energy to assist businesses with their decisions to grow or divest elements of a business. His integrity and interpersonal skills are an asset to CAPSTONE and our clients.
