If you do not know where you stand today, you cannot determine an accurate and effective plan of action that will take you where you want to be.  CAPSTONE provides client assessments from a business perspective to provide a beginning point of reference in evaluating strategic opportunities. 


NEGOTIATIONS

CAPSTONE Advisors assist clients who want to develop and execute a plan to properly position themselves for transaction negotiations.  We also assist clients with negotiation or mediation on short-term situations stemming from significant personal life events, change in business or a phone call received from an "interested party."


TRANSACTIONS

We believe in creating situations where our clients can realize their objectives through various business transactions. We can serve as a sounding board, provide advice on specific elements of a transaction or negotiate on the client's behalf.  CAPSTONE brings years of business transaction experience when representing our clients.  The client dictates our role.
