Jill has over 35 years of experience in family owned businesses involved in the manufacture, assembly, sales and distribution of durable products as well as the sourcing of products and elements from international markets. She has served in the roles of Customer Service Representative to VP and Director of Sales and Marketing, and President and CEO of her family-owned companies.

Jill is driven by the desire to be successful by serving her customers and her staff. She is results oriented. She brings an astute understanding of marketing and the dynamics of family owned businesses to the CAPSTONE team.Her personality and ethics are exceptional – in the best of terms.
