Paul brings over 40 years of experience as the major stockholder, President and/or CEO of numerous companies - ranging from banking to manufacturing and with an emphasis in Healthcare. These companies range in size from boutique firms of five employees, to companies in excess of 1,000 employees.
With his vast experiences, there are very few business challenges that Paul has not encountered. He brings a problem-solving approach that includes focus on workflows and strategies and putting them into practical application. He has a particular interest in preparing companies to get to the next level - whether that is a sale, merger or acquisition.
